From the Mochi Pounding Committee

The total number of attendees for this event was 550 and the total dollar amount of contribution was $1,145. Your contribution and volunteering work are much appreciated.

From the T-Shirt Committee

We would like to thank you for the orders of t-shirts and other items. Total profit for this fund-raising activity was $919.87. The profit has been almost doubled compared to those of previous years. Your contribution is truly appreciated.

From Kids Art Committee

Feedback from a mom of a child in Renge Class
We make greeting cards (a set of 20) every year. Whether we use them as a birthday card when our child is invited to a birthday party, or as a thank- card for a grandmother, our child's original cards come in handy for different occasions.

From Library Committee

Lost material list has been distributed recently. Please have another look if you have check out the materials on this list.

If the books, videos and DVDs are lost, the following penalty will be charged.
Books- $1.00 per book, Video $1.00 per video tape, DVDs-$3.00 per DVD disc

Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.

Announcements

Thanks to members of Maintenance Committee, the school yard play structure has been repaired with the increased safety of children in mind. Despite the hot and harsh weather, you worked so hard and your work has been much appreciated.

The Awesome Playground fund raised $34.31. We would like to thank you to those who participated in this fund-raising activity.

The unit price for Christmas DVD has been set at $19.00 by the number of the orders received. You will find the details in your child's otayori-basami (your child's KNI correspondence little file folder) shortly. If you happened to have forgotten to place an order, we still have some in stock. Please contact Mrs. Sherman at kaeko@bangzoomentertainment.com or call her at 818-599-5969 if you need to order.

Message and Request from the Director

Recently the school gate has been left open a few times. If you see the gate is left open, please close the gate immediately. Our school gate should be kept closed at any time. We appreciate your cooperation. Also, please open and/or close the gate by yourself and do not let your child open or close the gate. Thank you.
